Return Policy

Return & Exchange Policy 

Blink Fitness’s Return and Exchange Policy is co-operatedby its authorized representative, BAMKO. Return policies vary dependingon the method of purchase. Please see below for details on how to return or exchangeproducts purchased from the Blink Fitness online retail store.  


Unused accessories can be returned for a refund andmust be reported within 14 days after delivery is received. No exceptions will be grantedfor any item that is reported outside of the 14 day window. Defective accessories can be exchanged for the sameitem only or returned for a refund and must be reported within 14 days after delivery, NOexceptions. No accessories purchased online may be returned toa Blink Fitness location. All returns must be made via mail to BAMKO. Any accessory item canbe exchanged at a Blink Fitness location for the same item (depending on inventory) or it canbe mailed to BAMKO to exchange. Please direct any inquiries about equipment orderedthrough PowerSystems directly to PowerSystems at webcustomerservice@power-systems.com.


Apparel that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unusedwith all original tags and packaging can be exchanged or refunded within 14 daysafter delivery is received. No exceptions will be granted for any item that is reportedoutside of the 14 day window.We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returnedapparel does not fall within the previously listed criteria and will ask you to pay to have itreturned to you. No apparel purchased online may be returned to a BlinkFitness location. All returns must be made via mail to BAMKO. Any apparel item can be exchangedfor the same item of a different color or size at a Blink fitness location (dependingon inventory).


Please contact BAMKO at blinkmerch@bamko.net or call at 323-741-3244 within 14 days after receiving your delivery to ensure your request fallswithin our return and exchange policy.

At this time, shipping is only available to thosein the United States.

Shipping charges for the initial purchase are non-refundable.

Shipping charges for returns or exchanges are non-refundableand no exceptions will be honored. If you wish to return or exchange any merchandiseunder the policies listed above, any shipping fees incurred is the responsibility ofthe customer. 

Shipping charges for orders that are deemed "undeliverable"by the shipping carrier are non-refundable. Please ensure that your "ship-to"address is correct, as we are unable to modify or adjust your shipping addresses after yourorder has been placed.
